重庆渝中区人，农业经济学博士，西南大学经济管理学院副教授，硕士生导师，学院国际合作与交流办公室主任，农村农业部规划设计院外聘专家，中国农业技术经济学会青年学者委员会常务委员，中国林业经济学会集体林经营研究专业委员会委员，北京林业大学国家林草经贸研究院青年研究员，2026中国农林经济管理学术年会年度学者。曾经在担任亚利桑那大学（USNEWS2026 全球排名102，美国公立常青藤大学之一）自然资源与环境学院担任博士后，副研究员，美国农业部森林局（USDA Forest Services）客座副研究员。近5年，以第一作者在Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Systems, Ecosystem Services, Journal of Choice Modelling, Forest Policy and Economics, Journal of Behavioral and Experimental Economics等SSCI和SCI刊物发表学术论文10余篇。其研究成果被美国国会《两党基础设施法》，美国农业部森林局《野火危机战略实施计划》，和《中国农业农村部2023年度冷链行业运行报告》采纳，作为主持人主持省部级项目两项，中央高校项目一项，参与国家社科重大项目一项，国家重点研发项目一项，美国国自然重大项目两项，美国农业部项目五项，中国农村农业部项目一项。
