何佩铭，四川仪陇人，西南大学经济管理学院博士后。

在《Transport Policy》《Economic Analysis and Policy》《Technological Forecasting and Social Change》《Cities》等SSCI期刊发表论文5篇。

【研究领域】

主要从事应用区域经济学、交通经济学、公共政策评估等领域的研究。
